We had some smoothie discussions the other morning at the YMCA, and since I just finished my morning smoothie treat I thought I’d share today’s flavor.

I make enough for 2-4 servings so that I can get 2-3 meals out of it.

In a Blender
2 cups water
1.5 cups odwalla carrot juice
5 heads brocolli
big handful of spinach
2 apples
1 cup frozen blackberries
2 servings of vanilla flavored whey protein powder.
BLEND & refrigerate whatever is left over.
