On the days you are not at boot camp, pick a workout to complete from the list below.

#1 – 10 pushups, 10 sit UPS, 20 minute jog

#2 – do a Yoga Class or Series of poses learned at your sessions with VAST

#3 – Intervals – run 1 minute, walk/jog 1 minute – do this cycle for 20 – 30 minutes followed by stretching

#4 – Go to a boot camp buddy workout – it’s a great way to connect and it’s FUN!

#5 – 10 pushups, 10 sit UPS, 10 burpees, 10 squat hops, 1 minute plank – repeat for 5 rounds

#6 – REST

#7 – cycle, rollerblade, play a game, dance, swim, try something new

#8 – Complete the SUPER HIP DOG CIRCUIT – 10 on each side of dirty dog, horseback riding, bird dog with a twist

#9 – meet a friend and enjoy a walk together

#10 – your choice – make it intentional
