I’ve been following my morning workouts up with this super easy and yummy shake.  I hope you find it as enjoyable as I do.

Toffee Nut Vanilla Protein Shake
3-4 cups water (you can do more or less, I just happen to like large shakes and adding  water is an easy– 0 calorie way to do this–good way to increase your water intake too)
2 scoops vanilla whey protein (more or less depending on your protein needs and serving sizes)
1 tablespoon salt free almond butter
add Stevia English Toffee flavor (all natural and 0 calories) to taste
add as much ice as you like

Blend and enjoy!  I can’t wait till it’s time for another – YUMMY!
